10-30 employees come to a meeting.
A PowerPoint slideshow is given to the group, lasting approximately 15 minutes. 
After the presentation, employees are enrolled in the new plan, or can decide to waive participation.
If the employee is undecided, an information brochure, rate sheet, and the toll free phone number for EBC's Call Center is given to the employee.
One-on-one Meetings
EBC Representative is set up in a room.
Individual presentation is given.
When one employee is done, another scheduled employee meets with an EBC Representative. 
If the employee is undecided, an information brochure, rate sheet, and the toll free phone number for EBC's Call Center is given to the employee.
Call Center
EBC Will have a dedicated toll free number available before, during, and after the enrollment to answer any questions or to enroll any employee into the program. 
EBC has no voicemail.  A knowledgeable licensed employee will service your employee's needs.
Phone calls will be answered no later than the 3rd ring.
If any employee has an issue that is not resolved within 24 hours, the matter will go directly to Jim Rusine, Executive Vice President of EBC for resolution.
