Text Box: In order to perform a successful enrollment the following 
guidelines need to be followed.

Meeting with the client to review what their expectations of the upcoming enrollment are and to review the product, the enrollment strategy, the billing, and the servicing of the account.  This is necessary so that we can meet and exceed the client's expectation. 
The product and the type of enrollment is formalized and all of the necessary paperwork needed is completed.
Example:  Carrier, Broker, and Enrollment Agreements
Census information is obtained as well as company logos and any other type of information that needs to be gathered.
Locations of the enrollment are physically reviewed to overview meeting setup.
Payroll contact and billing procedures are reviewed and put into place.
Contact person for scheduling meetings is met with and procedures are put into place
Example:  Sign in sheets, group meetings, and one-on-one meetings.
Administrative book is reviewed with specific procedures for contact people, billing processes, follow up re-enrollments, as well as distribution of service cards for employee questions.
