Text Box: Meeting schedule is finalized two weeks prior to the enrollment. Meeting schedule is reviewed to ensure attendance. Training classes are  held for all enrollment specialists in regards to product training, sales, and enrollment procedures. At larger locations we can conduct group meetings with 20-30 employees at a time. At smaller or remote locations we can conduct group meetings of 5-10 employees or see employees on an individual basis. Best results are obtained when the enrollment is done over a 2 week (10 day) period.  This time frame allows for the word to get out and gives employees enough time to make a purchasing decision. A group of 2000 eligible employees can be enrolled in a time period of 15 enrollment days when using one on one enrollments by utilizing 7 enrollment specialists seeing 20 employees per day. (7 enrollment specialists x 20 employees x 15 days = 2100 employees seen) When utilizing group meetings 2000 eligible employees can be seen over a time period of 10 days by using 10 enrollers a day with 6 group meetings a day with 30 employees per meeting. We can adjust the timeframe of the enrollment (longer or shorter time period) to accommodate the employers needs by adding more/less enrollers or more/less meetings. Sign in sheets are reviewed to monitor meeting participation. The slide show presentation will take no more than 15 minutes.  Employees can sign up then, or come back to see and EBC representative.  If undecided they will be given an Informational Brochure with our toll free Call Center number.
