Text Box: EBC will prepare marketing posters to be put in high traffic areas explaining the program.  These should be put up approximately 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the enrollment.
EBC will provide emails for you to send to supervisors and managers explaining the enrollment that will take place and encouraging them to have their employees attend one of the scheduled meetings.  These should be sent out 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the enrollment.
EBC will prepare an Information Brochure describing the programs being offered and the times and locations of the meetings.  These brochures should be put in the closest pay check prior to the beginning of the enrollment.
EBC will prepare a final opportunity to enroll flyer once the meetings have been completed, allowing employees to contact our Call Center for any questions or to enroll in the products of their choice.
